Participation in any financial or business program involves risk. You acknowledge that you participate in the XoroTech program at your own discretion and responsibility.

We encourage Members to provide XoroTech with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve technical or administrative issues before publishing complaints on public forums, rating websites, or other public platforms.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any lawful right a Member may have to submit a complaint, express an honest opinion, or report suspected unlawful conduct.

🔹 9. SPAM & UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS

XoroTech does not tolerate spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or unauthorized promotional activities.

Members who engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or other prohibited activities may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, subject to applicable law.

🔹 10. MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL

XoroTech reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate a membership or account where permitted by these Terms and Conditions or applicable regulations.

Where legally permitted, such decisions may be made at the discretion of XoroTech.
